About Tundra

Mike Lupiano leads the Tundra Semiconductor Human Resources team and is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all Human Resources programs and initiatives.

With more than 27 years of Human Resource experience and expertise, Mike has held senior HR roles in several noteworthy high-technology companies and was the principal in a private consultancy.
Prior to joining Tundra, Mike was the Principal Consultant at Lupiano and Associates Ltd., a human resources consulting practice that specialized in strategic and tactical human resource partnerships in the high-tech market.

Earlier in his career, Mike was Vice President, Human Resources at GSI Lumonics Inc., and was Director of Corporate Human Resources at Cognos Incorporated. Mike began his HR career in 1980 in the high-tech environment at Mitel Corporation.

An active community member and volunteer, Mike serves on the Board of Directors of Serenity House and St. Patrick’s Home and was a former Section Chair of the United Way.

Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Law at Carleton University, Ottawa.
