In her role as Corporate Secretary, Cheryl works with management and the Tundra Board of Directors on corporate governance, securities, and general compliance matters. Cheryl is the Chief Ethics Officer for Tundra. Cheryl lectured for three years (2001 to 2004) in Employment Law at the Queen’s University at Kingston Law School. Before joining Tundra in 2001, Cheryl practised litigation with the Ottawa firm of Nelligan Power (now Nelligan, O’Brien, Payne) in both of their Kingston, and Ottawa, Ontario offices. She conducted a general litigation practice, with a focus on employment law, representing clients before provincial and federal courts and numerous tribunals. Cheryl sits on the national Board of Directors the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association, and is a member of the Finance Committee. She is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Cheryl is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the International Chartered Secretaries Association. Cheryl was called to the Ontario bar in 1995. She holds Bachelor of Laws, and Bachelor of Arts, Honours degrees from Queen’s University at Kingston, and has taken courses in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. |










Cheryl Foy is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Tundra Semiconductor Corporation and directs all of the activities of the Corporation’s legal department. She is also a Vice President and a senior member of the Tundra management team. Cheryl’s expert counsel supports all the Company’s initiatives and activities from international contract negotiation activities to IP licensing to employment issues. Cheryl is a leading member of the Company’s Strategic Acquisition Team.
