Position Summary

As an ASIC Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the specification, planning, design and verification of our next generation products.

Responsibilities

• Design specification and micro-architecture development
• RTL design, synthesis, and timing analysis
• Verification of digital designs, through the use of simulation, emulation, formal verification, and other state-of-the-art methodologies
• Support and enhancement of internally designed IP

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of industry experience
• Strong digital design and verification skills
• Good documentation skills
• Digital design or verification experience using Verilog HDL and advanced Hardware Verification Languages (HVLs)
• Working knowledge of various digital design tools and platforms, with preference towards Synopsys DC/PC/Primetime (synthesis), VCS (simulation), VERA and System Verilog (verification), Formality, Leda, Perl, UNIX
• The ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical peers in a multi-site environment, and an interest in playing a variety of roles within the team.
